Includes managing and supervising the jointly owned properties, joint facilities, common area parts and private jointly owned area parts in jointly owned properties including master community projects within the main tasks in financial management, facilities management, managing the affairs of owners’ committees and real estate units owners, and maintaining the quality of life and sustainability of the real estate project through the conclusion of contracts and agreements with service providers and monitoring the quality of services provided as well as preparing and maintaining the real estate project records and owners relations records and submitting periodic reports to the owners committee and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency.
