Watad Al Bustan Cleaning Services

My experience with this cleaning agency has been nothing but a source of stress and frustration. From the beginning, the service was unacceptable. The first cleaner they sent had extremely poor hygiene, an aggressive attitude, and absolutely no sense of professionalism. She walked out immediately after I asked her to do the job properly, simply because she was being careless and throwing things around.

When I reported this, they sent two different cleaners to complete the task, who were thankfully better. However, they were pulled out mid-session by the agency because the coordinator had double-booked them. The cleaners themselves were clearly upset by the mismanagement.

The coordinator, on multiple occasions, was rude, unresponsive, and failed to respect confirmed bookings. She ignored my messages, snapped on the phone when I called to follow up, and had the audacity to suggest I cancel the service if I wasn’t happy, with zero apology or accountability.

Despite all of this, I gave the agency another chance based on their promise to improve. They confirmed fixed schedules and specific cleaners, but on the day of service, they changed plans again. I rearranged other appointments and maintenance sessions to accommodate them, only for them to cancel or switch cleaners last-minute yet again.

When I expressed my frustration and asked to speak to management, I was shocked to receive a call from someone named Ali, who claimed to be the owner, he yelled at me, was highly disrespectful, and ultimately told the cleaners to leave my apartment because I said I would escalate the matter. His behavior was entirely unacceptable and unprofessional.

This agency has proven to be unreliable, disrespectful, and completely lacking in customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company, they do not respect clients’ time, commitments, or basic decency.
